	Jan Hardware Treasurer Receive all demands for payment Payments by cheque, including Wardens salary and I R tax Keep rolling record of accounts for sales and payments Produce interim information for meetings Produce annual summary of accounts
	Moira Taylor Secretary Bookings Administration Prepare & organise venue’s for meetings Produce correspondence and take minutes of all meetings Ensure documentation is available to all trustees before meetings Check correct issues are discussed at meeting types
